Kathryn (Kate) graduated with a bachelor’s degree in physical education, majoring in Exercise prescription and management, and a degree Physiotherapy from the University of Otago (2002). With a passion for learning and helping others achieve their goals, Kate continued to study through the University of Auckland, completing a Post- Graduate Certificate in Rehabilitation, completing the requirements to become a certified Hand Therapist (2010), a certificate in Health Coaching (2017), PINK cancer Rehab training (2020).
Kate splits her working week between Rehabilitation work in the Community and Hospital Physiotherapy team, and Hand Therapy treatment in our inhouse clinic.
Aiming to work for the individual, to learn about them and how to add joy and function back into their life.
When not working Kate enjoys the great outdoors, staying active, being in or on the water, learning about people, chatting, chocolate and trying new recipes. View details »
