Iona qualified as a physiotherapist in 2018 from Oxford Brookes University in the UK. Following graduation, she worked at Addenbrooke’s Hospital (UK), where she gained valuable experience as a junior physiotherapist across a wide range of specialties.
During this time, she developed a special interest in musculoskeletal and paediatric physiotherapy, with a particular focus on safe and effective return to play and the management of growth-related deformities. Since then, she has built extensive experience treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, working with children from the age of 5 through to adults.
Outside of the clinic, Iona enjoys reading, mountain biking, climbing, just generally spending time outdoors in nature.

Matthew is a UK-trained physiotherapist who graduated from Cardiff University with a BSc in Physiotherapy.
He has developed experience managing chronic pain presentations and gained a keen interest in pain science. With a background in triathlon’s Matthew has also worked with a range of endurance and sporting athletes.
He is passionate about providing person-centred, evidence-based rehabilitation and helping individuals of all abilities achieve their goals through collaborative and empowering care. Outside of work, he enjoys triathlon, football, and tramping.

Emma graduated from the University of Otago with a Bachelor’s degree in physiotherapy. She enjoys working with a wide range of injuries and conditions but has a special interest in sports rehabilitation and is currently the head physio for Oriental Rongotai Rugby club. She is committed to provide personalised care tailored to everyone she works with by using a range of modalities including exercise based and hands on approaches .In her free time Emma enjoys keeping active so can often be found out for hikes, runs or catching up with friends and family.
