I am a registered Physiotherapist with New Zealand Physiotherapy board and a background in sports and exercise science. I have worked across acute, community, and aged care settings, supporting clients through their recovery and rehabilitation journey.
I value teamwork and person-centered care. I believe in exercise-based rehabilitation, injury prevention and helping people move confidently, build strength, and maintain long-term wellbeing.
I love being a physiotherapist because it allows me to help people regain their independence, improve their quality of life, and show up for themselves in everyday life.
