Having returned to her hometown with her whanau after gaining experience in Tamaki Makaurau and abroad, Arliah brings a wealth of knowledge to her role. She has worked in renowned hospitals in the UK, including Charing Cross, Royal Marsden, and Barts Trust. Arliah is a physiotherapist with over 12 years of experience and has particular interest in chronic pain, musculoskeletal care and aged-related rehab. Arliah holds a Masters in Rehabilitation and is accredited in Acupuncture. Arliah is increasingly dedicated to advancing equitable outcomes for Maori by actively seeking to enhance the delivery of healthcare to Maori throughout Northland.
