Carly is one of our experienced physiotherapists and graduated from Otago University in 2013 with her BPhyty. She completed her Postgraduate Diploma of Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy in 2018 at AUT and has worked in a number of private practice clinics in both Auckland and Nelson. Carly has a special interest in football and has been involved for a number of years at both domestic and international levels. Carly was previously the Physiotherapist for the NZ Women's Football Ferns and was part of the team between 2019 and 2025, supporting the team at the recent World Cup and Olympic Games.

Jane is an experienced musculoskeletal physiotherapist she has an interest in joint motor control and stabilisation through to full dynamic strength training, whether this is upper or lower limb.
Jane enjoys problem solving the causes and biomechanics behind injuries and load management for a sport or task specific goal, and enabling clients to manage injuries or deficits and getting them back on the road/bike/field stronger, tougher, and more educated on their bodies unique abilities.
She enjoys working with all ages and comes with a holistic approach to workout the stage and class of injury and also how to manage this within your lifestyle and sporting or work or life goals.
Jane comes with experience from her own injuries (!) and preg/postnatal recovery back to sport (having 3 children of her own).
She has played hockey for many years and still plays hockey competitively in club and National Masters level and enjoys coaches school teams.
Jane has training in clinical Pilates and postgraduate trained in acupuncture: dabbling in traditional acupuncture through to a 'western medical' approach and myofascial dry needling. Chris is one of our senior physiotherapists with five years experience working with rugby teams from club to representative levels. Chris has an interest in addressing the underlying cause of your injury to make you a more injury-resistant athlete after the rehabilitation process.
