Lachlan has completed 5 years study at Otago University where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Physiology and Bachelor of Physiotherapy before moving to Hawke’s Bay and hasn’t looked back. He has experience in private practice, working with people from all different walks of life, helping athletes at sports tournaments and looking after local premier rugby teams. Lachlan believes that an active lifestyle is a huge part of overall well-being. Practice what you preach they say! Lachlan has a keen interest in endurance sports from running, cycling (mountain biking and road) to swimming, as well as a bit of work in the gym on the side. As a Physio, being able to facilitate engagement in physical activity and helping people be gain confidence to move is something he finds very rewarding.
