Laina completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Otago University, before returning to the sunny Hawke’s Bay with a strong commitment to promoting health and wellness within her community.
With a keen interest in High Performance Sport and exercise therapy, Laina utilises a variety of techniques including manual therapy, dry needling, and personalised exercise prescription. Her passion lies in helping individuals recover and return to the activities they love.

Anna believes that the best rehabilitation can only be achieved once the patient has a full understanding of their injury. She thinks it is important for individuals to take control of their rehabilitation while she is there to provide education and guidance throughout the process.

Lachlan has completed 5 years study at Otago University where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Physiology and Bachelor of Physiotherapy before moving to Hawke’s Bay and hasn’t looked back. He has experience in private practice, working with people from all different walks of life, helping athletes at sports tournaments and looking after local premier rugby teams.
Lachlan believes that an active lifestyle is a huge part of overall well-being. Practice what you preach they say! Lachlan has a keen interest in endurance sports from running, cycling (mountain biking and road) to swimming, as well as a bit of work in the gym on the side.
As a Physio, being able to facilitate engagement in physical activity and helping people be gain confidence to move is something he finds very rewarding.
