I graduated with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy from AUT in 2008, before gaining a Post Graduate Certificate Health Science in rehabilitation and becoming a registered Hand Therapist in 2021. With certificates in dry needling acupuncture and advanced splinting, I bring a number of additional skills to every patient’s treatment plan, with an up-to-date, evidence-based approach.
I know that behind every injury is an individual who wants to return to their daily activities, their hobbies or their sport with ease and freedom once more. I get a kick out of helping my clients recover from a particular injury or condition, and achieve an overall improvement in their quality of life.
