I have always had a passion for sport and being able to combine that with supporting people to reach their goals through the food they eat really is a fulfilling role.
I am lucky enough to have worked in a variety of settings and with a range of individuals from the everyday exercisers to the elite competitors. Being able to help individuals reach their performance goals not just in their sport but also in their day-to-day life is what I love to do.
