Indy is a Physiotherapist, graduating from AUT with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy. Her clinical experience spans private practice, hospital settings, chronic pain management, and outpatient musculoskeletal care.
Complementing her skills, Indy is also a certified Polestar NZ Reformer Pilates and Mat Pilates instructor, which she incorporates into her exercise-based rehabilitation approach. Her key clinical interests include holistic and evidence-based care, manual therapy, Pilates, and post-operative rehabilitation.
Outside of work, Indy enjoys running, Pilates, hiking, and horse riding, spending over 10 years as a horse-riding instructor, enjoying coaching at her local pony club.

Mark graduated from AUT in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy. He is passionate about developing a strong therapeutic relationship with his clients so that they can work collaboratively to achieve the client's goals. Mark si also a strong advocate for adopting a holistic appraoch when it comes to injury rehabilitation, to make sure that his clients are not only physically able to achieve their goals, but also have the confidence to.
Mark has previously worked with the Birkenhead United Football Club for one year while studying. He played many sports growing up, but has a particular passion for football, swimming, waterpolo and cricket.

Chelsea is a skilled Physiotherapist, primarily in musculoskeletal private practice. Her clinical background also includes work in aged care facilities, and in an acute fracture clinic alongside orthopaedic surgeons. She has experience managing spots injuries, and has worked with teams across hockey, rugby, netball and soccer.
Chelsea holds a range of further qualifications, including APPI Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates training, a PINC Oncology Physiotherapy certification, and dry needling. She has also completed introductory training in women’s health, and holds a FIFA Football Diploma. Her clinical interests include oncology rehabilitation, Pilates-based strengthening, sports injury management, and post-operative rehabilitation for conditions such as ACL injuries, joint replacements, and tendon repairs.
