Kirsten joined the Active+ Mt Eden team in June 2023, having previously worked at Active+ Howick and Highbrook. She graduated from AUT in 2010, and gained her Masters Degree in Sports Physiotherapy in 2014. Kirsten has worked in NZ and Australia in the areas of community and private practice physiotherapy. She has experience working with provincial and National level athletes. Kirsten enjoys helping patients achieve their goals through movement and by taking a holistic healthcare approach.
