Rebecca graduated from AUT in 2008 with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy. She has since worked in private practice and enjoys treating a wide range of injuries, with a special interest in spinal and back injuries. In 2009 Rebecca was awarded a Post Graduate Scholarship to attend the Mackenzie courses. This has enhanced her competency in the physiotherapy field to diagnose and treat spinal injuries using MDT (Mechanical Diagnosis & Treatment). She has developed a strong passion for treating spinal injuries using this approach. Catherine graduated from the University of Otago with a bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy in 2010.
She went on to work in private practice & with a Rugby & Football team in New Zealand before moving to the United Kingdom where she spent 10 years working as a physiotherapist in a variety of settings including the public health system, private practice and lastly the disability sector before returning to New Zealand with her husband and 2 young children in 2022. Catherine is currently working towards her APPI Clinical Pilates Certification.
Outside of work, you will find her on adventures with her family, at the beach in all weathers & enjoying the decision to move back & the lifestyle New Zealand provides her & her family.
Catherine loves working with people especially the older adult population & is passionate about getting people back to what they love doing.
