He has over 17 years sports physiotherapy experience and holds a Masters of Health Science (Hons), a Post Graduate Diploma in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and a Post Graduate Certificate in Western Acupuncture. Justin is the Lead Physiotherapist for Western Springs AFC. Katie graduated from AUT in 2013 and is interested in all sports especially football, having played and refereed the game. She completed a postgraduate sport psychology paper in 2016. Katie has been to four World Champs with the New Zealand Women’s Ice Hockey Team (The NZ Ice Fernz) and is working with WSAFC, and has worked with the New Zealand Crosswhites Football Team, the touring Hong Kong Youth (U21) Netball Team, and a range of football teams (Team Wellington FC, Auckland Utd NYL, Eastern Suburbs AFC). Katie has a passion for all sports injuries, management and prevention, and has completed all of her Sport Physiotherapy New Zealand Level 1 courses and is currently working through the Level 2 courses. Silas graduated as a physiotherapist from Otago University in 2013. He has primarily worked in private practice over West Auckland and has gained experience working with different rugby league and football teams includingHamilton Wanderers Youth Team and Bay Olymic AFC. Silas' main interests lie in the diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal and sporting injuries particularly football and is currently the first team and club physio for Bay Olympic. His approach involves a strong exercise component balanced with hands on manual therapy focusing on strength, mobility and biomechanics. He is currently completing the FIFA Sports Medicine Online Diploma and wishes to further his post graduate studies Outside of work, Silas enjoys playing football, basketball and spending time with friends and family. » View details
