Justin is the director and principal physiotherapist of Back to Your Feet Physiotherapy Ltd. He has over 19 years sports physiotherapy experience and holds a Masters of Health Science (Hons), a Post Graduate Diploma in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and a Post Graduate Certificate in Western Acupuncture. Silas graduated as a physiotherapist from Otago University in 2013. He has primarily worked in private practice over West Auckland and has gained experience working with different rugby league and football teams including Hamilton Wanderers Youth Team and Bay Olymic AFC.
Silas' interests lie in the diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal and sporting injuries particularly football and is currently the first team and club physio for WSAFC. His approach involves a strong exercise component balanced with hands on manual therapy focusing on strength, mobility and biomechanics. He is currently completing the FIFA Sports Medicine Online Diploma, and the SEPNZ Certificate in Sports Physiotherapy and wishes to further his post graduate studies

Bachelor of Physical Education majoring in exercise prescription, and sport and exercise science.
Having worked in fitness centres for over 10 years Suzy has a wealth of experience in exercise
focused rehabilitation programs. Her focus is the diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal
injuries, especially those sustained in sporting endeavours. She is focused on helping her patients get back to the activities they love as soon as possible.
