Danielle has a strong foundation in health and fitness, specialising in Deep Tissue and Sports Massage to support her clients with injury prevention, recovery, and overall wellbeing. As a former gym instructor, she has experience guiding clients through corrective exercise programs, helping them achieve their fitness goals and move pain-free. Drawing from her years as a competitive sprinter, she gained firsthand experience in managing running-related injuries through massage therapy and strength and conditioning training. She also understands the importance of supporting the nervous system during high-intensity training and alleviating muscle tension through targeted massage techniques. Danielle’s passion for holistic health inspired her to completed a Bachelor of Natural Medicine. Miss Lauren Mackessack-Leitch

Miss Lauren Mackessack-Leitch

Lauren graduated from Glasgow Caledonian in Scotland 2017 with a BSc (Hons) degree in Physiotherapy. She completed placements within various hospital departments including respiratory, spinal cord injuries, pediatrics, outpatients and neurological units. Since moving to Auckland at the end of 2017 she completed her mat and reformer Pilates training and has also completed her post graduate degree in musculoskeletal physiotherapy focusing on manual therapy, breathing performance and biomechanics. She is currently finishing her Masters in Health Science where she is researching knowledge surrounding Relative Energy Deficiency in sport (REDs). Lauren has worked with a range of patients with various rehab needs. She has been able to help everyone from the weekend warrior just wanting to get better functionality to under 23 female rowers, cyclists, dancers, high level rugby and football teams, ultra runners and iron man athletes to post operative, shoulders, knees and hip replacements. Lauren has a background in high performance sports herself. She has represented Great Britain in Figure skating and also has a background in rowing, horse riding and dancing. Since moving to New Zealand she embraced the challenge of endurance racing and has competed several full and 70.3 Iron mans. Her extensive sporting background has given her an excellent understanding and interest in biomechanics, injuries and the mental aspect of performance backed by personal experience. View details »
