Sourav studied a Bachelor Of Physiotherapy from University Of Jammu, India in 2012, and has worked as a Consultant Physiotherapist in the private sector from 2013 - 2015, along with it, he has done Certificate In Food & Nutrition from Indira Gandhi National Open University, India in 2015.
To pursue higher education he completed a Graduate Diploma in Sports & Exercise Science at Waikato Institute Of Technology (Wintec), Hamilton in 2016. He has also done a Certificate In Professional Massage Practice from Wintec in 2017, and he has been working as a massage therapist in Auckland for the last 8 months.
He is strongly interested in treating patients with musculoskeletal problems by using hands-on techniques like releasing superficial to deep tissue layers, muscle stretching, and release trigger points to enhance muscle recovery. He is very much concerned with community health,thus encourages regular exercise, posture correction, healthy dietary habits and general fitness.

Gwen is a qualified Massage and Neuromuscular Therapist. As a Massage Therapist she values the highest levels of professionalism and care. To Gwen, massage therapy is a key contributor to health care.
Gwen completed a Diploma in Therapeutic Massage in 2006, a Diploma in Massage and Clinical Sports Therapy in 2009 and a Bachelor’s Degree of Health Studies in Massage and Neuromuscular Therapy in 2010. These qualifications were gained at the Auckland campus of the New Zealand College of Massage and are all NZQA approved. Gwen is also a member of Massage New Zealand, New Zealand’s Massage Association.
During her training she gained wide and varied massage experience, ranging from sports massage to chronic health. This experience was through her work with the Auckland NPC, Auckland Blues, New Zealand Breakers, Auckland and Rotorua Marathons, Ironman, Trailwalker, hospices, other massage clinics and on-site massage.

Following graduation from University College Dublin in 2016, Niamh enrolled in a musculoskeletal internship in the Sports Surgery Clinic Dublin, a leading international centre for the treatment of orthopaedic, spinal, sports and exercise related injuries. Niamh progressed to securing employment in the establishment where she mainly worked in the area of inpatient Orthopaedics and outpatient musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
With Niamh’s profound interest in sport it was only natural that she spent her spare time working with male and female sports teams. Niamh has a keen interest in injury prevention in the athletic to ageing population. She believes in empowering patients to self-manage their condition through education and effective exercise prescription. Niamh has also completed her STOTT Pilates training and often uses these principles in her practice.
Outside of work Niamh enjoys travelling, keeping healthy and plays Gaelic football with Auckland Celtics Gaelic Football Club
