Carole graduated from Auckland University of Technology with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. Through clinical experience, she has acquired a variety of skills and knowledge to develop a strong foundation to address a diverse range of musculoskeletal issues while providing high quality patient care.
Carole approaches therapy with a holistic and practical hands-on approach with a mix of manual therapy techniques and exercise rehabilitation. She is also skilled in dry needling and acupuncture. She treats the whole body, with a particular interest in the spine, posture, and biomechanics. She is passionate about working together with clients to achieve successful long-term results. Her greatest joy is seeing her clients’ recovery progress and their return to a pain free function so they can start enjoying their life again.
Carole enjoys living the rural lifestyle in South Head with her two daughters and many animals. She loves anything to do with food, the outdoors and enjoys a little bit of running, yoga and Pilates.View details »
