Elisa is a New Zealand registered physiotherapist with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy and five years of clinical experience. She began her career in private practice, focusing on musculoskeletal physiotherapy, before moving into hospital-based roles where she worked across inpatient wards and community care. One of her key areas of focus has been pelvic health, particularly supporting clients during the pre- and post-natal periods.
Elisa is passionate about helping people regain confidence and control over their health. Her areas of expertise include pelvic health, musculoskeletal physiotherapy, pain management, Training for Independence, and early intervention and injury prevention. She takes a whole-person approach to care, listening closely to her clients’ physical and emotional needs and guiding them through rehabilitation using tailored exercises, stretches, pain management strategies, and education. Elisa speaks English, German, and some French.
