Kashif is a New Zealand Registered Physiotherapist with a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Pakistan and a Level 3 Sports Coaching Certificate from SIT Invercargill. He has over five years of clinical experience across musculoskeletal (MSK), sports, post-surgical, neurological, community rehabilitation, pain management services and hospital settings. In New Zealand, Kashif has worked for three years in private MSK and sports clinics, supporting premier rugby teams in Dunedin and Christchurch, and has also provided physiotherapy services to Christchurch Netball. Prior to this, he spent two years working with a cricket club in Pakistan.

Nweke is a highly experienced physiotherapist who has immigrated to New Zealand from Nigeria. He has practiced clinically in Nigeria, Ghana, and the United Arab Emirates and is a certified safety officer with the British Safety Society. Nweke has his masters degree in MSK (musculoskeletal Physiotherapy) and PhD in MSK (Course work and project done, Defence in-view).
