Kashif is a New Zealand Registered Physiotherapist with a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Pakistan and a Level 3 Sports Coaching Certificate from SIT Invercargill. He has over five years of clinical experience across musculoskeletal (MSK), sports, post-surgical, neurological, community rehabilitation, pain management services and hospital settings. In New Zealand, Kashif has worked for three years in private MSK and sports clinics, supporting premier rugby teams in Dunedin and Christchurch, and has also provided physiotherapy services to Christchurch Netball. Prior to this, he spent two years working with a cricket club in Pakistan.
Kashif’s areas of expertise include sports physiotherapy, MSK injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, vocational and functional rehabilitation, concussion management, and early intervention. He takes a holistic approach to treatment, combining manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education, and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care. Kashif is fluent in English, Urdu, Hindi, and Punjabi, enabling him to connect effectively with a diverse range of patients.
