Women's Health Physiotherapist.
Originally coming from a Chiropractic background, Sasha graduated with a Masters of Physiotherapy in 2008, and has since worked as a physiotherapist throughout Australia in a variety of both hospital and private practice settings.
She has completed many post graduate courses to further her skills in particular areas including Women’s health, Pilates, dry needling, and has also completed her post graduate certificate in pelvic floor physiotherapy.
Her passion is Women’s health physiotherapy and in particular loves working to help pre and post-natal conditions, pelvic floor dysfunction and rehabilitation through Clinical Pilates.

Sophie is a women’s health physiotherapist from London with over a decade of industry experience. Since qualifying from Manchester Metropolitan University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy, she has spent her career developing skills through experience in both the public and private sectors.
As a specialist in women’s health and MSK (muscles and bones), her skill set is ideally suited to the treatment of pregnancy-related back and pelvic pain, postnatal issues like abdominal separation and pelvic floor problems of all ages.
Sophie is an advocate for the use of Pilates as a tool for rehabilitation. Following her training in 2009 with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute, Sophie trained with leading experts in London and has developed an expertise for helping new mothers regain their strength and confidence.
She has found Pilates to be an invaluable adjunct to treatment, particularly in women’s health, and last year became certified through Polestar Pilates UK. She teaches Pilates on the mat, reformer, trapeze table, wunda chair and ladder barrel.
Utilising this combination of clinical skills Sophie has helped hundreds of women through their rehabilitation journey and is focused on minimising the stress and pain that can accompany pregnancy and menopause.

Kirsty graduated in Physiotherapy from Queen Margaret University Edinburgh in 2006. Since qualifying Kirsty gained extensive experience working in the UK initially within a variety of settings, then since 2010 solely in the private musculoskeletal sector in Edinburgh, where laterally Kirsty worked as a Team Lead Physiotherapist.
Kirsty is a Certified Pilates Matwork Instructor through the APPI and since 2010 has enjoyed teaching matwork classes and furthering her Pilates training and knowledge including ante and postnatal teaching experience. Kirsty’s elite Sports Physiotherapy experience includes working at the 2012 Olympics in London, 2014 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow and working for 4 seasons within Premier 1 Division Rugby in Edinburgh.
Kirsty is excited to have joined ReAb after relocating to Auckland with her Kiwi Husband. Her particular clinical interests include orthopaedic rehab, sports injury rehab and combining her Pilates experience with her “hands on” Physio skills to facilitate recovery, optimise performance and reduce the risk of re- injury.

After graduating from the University of Southampton in 2007 Rachel worked in Wales for 3 years in a variety of hospital settings and with multiple sports teams. She left Wales in 2010 and travelled for 6 months en route to NZ. She has been working in a private clinic setting as a physiotherapist, a bootcamp instructor and working with a variety of sports teams; including NZ rep netball teams and a Division 1 soccer team. She also trained in Pilates and really enjoys the way it complements rehabilitation. She feels that happiness, health and fitness are the key to achieving any goal.» View details
