Lydia takes a holistic approach to her treatment utilising a combination of manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation and education and tailoring this to suit each individual patient.
Lydia lives locally in South Head and loves maintaining a balanced and healthy lifestyle. In her spare time you will find her riding, keeping fit or growing nutritious food in her garden.
Lydia is passionate about horses and plans to study her masters in Equine Physiotherapy, so she can help both people and horses to optimise biomechanics and alleviate pain.
