Juliette graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Otago in 2013. Her physiotherapy career started at Willis Street Physiotherapy, based at the Willis Street and Victoria University clinics. She also worked in aged care at various rest homes around Wellington and helped with courtside sports physiotherapy. Following this, Juliette worked in occupational health in London as the onsite physiotherapist at various worksites, including Harrods and Great Ormond Street Hospital. She also carried out workstation assessments around central London. Juliette is excited to be back working in her hometown. She enjoys building a rapport and getting to know her clients to help them achieve their individual goals. She uses a combination of education, manual therapy techniques, dry needling and exercise-based rehabilitation. She is also certified in level 2 matworks pilates. As a contracted physiotherapy provider with High Performance Sport New Zealand he is regularly working with our elite athletes to establish injury rehabilitation plans, systems for monitoring and reducing injury risk, and optimising performance. Tim was the head physiotherapist of the Central Pulse when they were ANZ Premiership minor premiers in 2018 and 2019, and grand final winners in 2019. In 2018 he travelled with the New Zealand team to the Youth Olympic Games in Buenos Aires. As a skilled musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapist, he is able to transfer the demands and principles of professional sport into day to day clinical scenarios. Tim graduated from Otago University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. He has gone on to complete a Post Graduate Diploma in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy the Auckland University of Technology. Tim then completed a Master of Health Science with first class honours conducting research with New Zealand Cricket. Tim brings a diverse skill set with a strong exercise-based rehabilitation emphasis as well as dry needling techniques and manual therapy to manage injuries, restore full (and better!) function and reduce their recurrence.
