During her university years, Srushti volunteered in various areas of the field, gaining exposure to a diverse range of patients. She also worked part-time in a netball sports injury clinic, where she gained valuable insights into sports-related injuries. Her final year of placement further enhanced her skills and knowledge, exposing her to orthopedics, neurology, and respiratory physiotherapy. With a year of experience working in a private clinic, Srushti has honed her expertise in musculoskeletal therapy. Additionally, she has been a lead physiotherapist in various rugby league and tag national matches, developing a deep understanding of sports injuries and effective treatment strategies.
