Mr Ryan Greig

Mr Ryan Greig

Physiotherapist

Growing up in a small town on the Kapiti Coast, Ryan moved down south to carry out his studies at Otago University, gaining a bachelor of physiotherapy. Ryan appreciates the value of a close-knit community, and the importance of fostering good connections, listening to clients’ stories, and collaboration – properties that make him a great fit for Active Health Rangiora. Ryan’s passion for physiotherapy was sparked through his involvement with multiple sports, with a special focus on rugby and volleyball. This gave Ryan an appreciation towards the biomechanics of body movement, rehabilitation, and the role of physiotherapy in helping clients achieve their goals. Ryan has a keen interest in upper limb physiotherapy, with a particular emphasis on shoulder rehabilitation. His ability to work with people of all abilities and life stages allows him to tailor his approach to each individual's unique needs. When he’s not immersed in physiotherapy, Ryan loves making the most of his free time -whether it’s spending time with family and friends, going to the gym, or relaxing at the beach. View details »

Ms Holly Fletcher

Ms Holly Fletcher

Physiotherapist

After spending two years at Wairau Hospital in Blenheim and another two years working in the NHS in the UK, Holly is excited to be back in her hometown of Rangiora working at Active Health. She has developed specific expertise in concussion rehabilitation, vestibular rehabilitation, and sports rehabilitation, alongside her hospital experience supporting respiratory complaints, post-orthopaedic surgeries, neurological conditions, and falls prevention. Holly believes in promoting holistic healthcare and looking after all aspects of hauora (wellbeing). She's passionate about helping people get back to what they love doing, whether that's playing sports, gardening, or playing with grandchildren. Her love for helping people stems from being a very active person herself and understanding how important it is to get back to being active. This personal connection drives her dedication to supporting everyone from elite athletes to weekend warriors in their recovery journeys. Holly has worked as physiotherapist for Saracens Rugby and North Canterbury Senior Men's Rugby, bringing her sports rehabilitation expertise to high-level teams. A true North Canterbury girl with mum's family born and raised in Rangiora and dad from Kaikoura, Holly returned home last year after her overseas experience. She loves staying active, hitting the gym 5-6 times per week and recently completed a Hyrox in Sydney with Greer (who also works at Active Health!). Holly loves cooking for friends and family, has travelled to over 20 countries, and if she were an animal, she'd be a kakapo because they're a bit random and interesting – just like her!
