Katy is a newly graduated Physiotherapist from Ulster University in Derry, Ireland, who has recently moved to Hamilton to join Active Health. Throughout her student years, she gained valuable experience working with Basketball Ireland, Intercounty soccer teams, and served as the Physio for the U19 Derry Ladies Gaelic team in 2023. After experiencing the impact of rehabilitation first-hand through her own sporting injury, Katy knew physiotherapy was her calling and is passionate about empowering patients and watching them progress to achieve goals they didn't think possible. Hayley is a dedicated Physiotherapist who joined Active Health in October 2022 after completing her studies at University of Otago School of Physiotherapy in 2020. She has gained valuable experience in musculoskeletal, aged care, post-operative orthopaedics and cardiac physiotherapy at a Hamilton clinic, while completing additional training in Women's health and reformer Pilates. Growing up playing football and being exposed to the benefits of physical activity, Hayley developed her passion for physiotherapy after spending time with a physiotherapist during her adolescent years and now has keen interests in Women's health and adolescent athletes. Jill is a highly experienced Physiotherapist with 20+ years' expertise working across the Waikato region, having rejoined the practice with extensive experience working with Waikato Netball, NZ Hockey, and conducting Workplace Assessments. She specialises in back problems while enjoying all aspects of physiotherapy, always making a point of explaining her findings and rehabilitation plans to ensure patients work together collaboratively for the best possible results.
