Luke is an Osteopath with over 5 years' experience who discovered the profession's effectiveness during his competitive sporting career and completed his Master's in Osteopathy. He works with patients of all ages (5 years and older) using comprehensive techniques including joint mobilisation/manipulation, soft tissue release, fascial release, and craniosacial therapy, while prescribing exercises alongside nutrition, sleep, and stress management advice as part of osteopathy's whole-body approach. Luke is passionate about finding the root cause of pain and creating unique management strategies that consider each patient's physical factors, lifestyle, interests, and general wellbeing to get them back to pain-free living quickly.
