He's passionate about improving foot health and maintaining mobility through multidisciplinary approaches for sports injuries and chronic conditions like diabetes. Vy received an Arthritis New Zealand scholarship and published research on podiatry services for arthritis patients. An adventurer at heart, he's achieved advanced scuba certification (diving to 40m) and conquered Everest Base Camp in 2018.
