Katie graduated from the University of Otago in 2020 and has since completed her Certificate of Manual Therapy (COMT) through NZMMP. Having worked across Dunedin and Southland, she brings a broad range of experience treating musculoskeletal injuries, post-operative orthopaedics, and return-to-sport patients on the ICPMSK contract, with a particular interest in knee and lower limb conditions.
Katie takes a balanced approach combining manual therapy, exercise-based rehabilitation, and patient education, and has been an active member of the Southland Branch of Physiotherapy New Zealand for four years.

Vy is a podiatrist with a background in General Medicine who completed his Bachelor of Health Science (Podiatry) in 2022. He's passionate about improving foot health and maintaining mobility through multidisciplinary approaches for sports injuries and chronic conditions like diabetes. Vy received an Arthritis New Zealand scholarship and published research on podiatry services for arthritis patients. An adventurer at heart, he's achieved advanced scuba certification (diving to 40m) and conquered Everest Base Camp in 2018.

Bernice is a physiotherapist with a Master of Science from the University of Toronto. She has extensive experience across private practice and rehabilitation hospitals, treating neurological conditions and musculoskeletal/sports injuries. Bernice uses tailored exercise programming, manual therapy, and dry needling to provide holistic care that empowers patients in their recovery. Outside work, she enjoys hiking, rock climbing, snowboarding, travelling, and exploring local food scenes wherever her adventures take her.
