Katie graduated from the University of Otago in 2020 and has since completed her Certificate of Manual Therapy (COMT) through NZMMP. Having worked across Dunedin and Southland, she brings a broad range of experience treating musculoskeletal injuries, post-operative orthopaedics, and return-to-sport patients on the ICPMSK contract, with a particular interest in knee and lower limb conditions.
Katie takes a balanced approach combining manual therapy, exercise-based rehabilitation, and patient education, and has been an active member of the Southland Branch of Physiotherapy New Zealand for four years.

Juls is a podiatrist who qualified in 2017 and moved from the North Island to join Active Health. She specialises in ACC/overuse injuries, paediatrics, and general podiatric care, creating tailored treatment plans for all ages. With a competitive sports background representing Waikato in waterpolo and netball, Juls has strong insight into lower limb biomechanics and sports injuries. Based at both New Brighton and Manchester Street clinics, she enjoys running, Pilates, beach time, and discovering new cafés in her spare time.

Jessica is a skilled podiatrist who enjoys all aspects of foot care including general care, diabetic foot management, biomechanical injuries, and ingrown toenail surgeries. Her background at a custom orthotic company gives her expertise in designing comfortable, effective orthotics. Born in the Netherlands with global upbringing in Qatar and Dubai, Jessica brings a diverse perspective to helping people walk pain-free. Based at both Manchester Street and New Brighton clinics, she enjoys beach runs and baking in her spare time.
