Jo is an experienced Pelvic Health Physiotherapist who developed strong manual therapy skills in musculoskeletal practice. After having children, she specialised in pelvic health through extensive international training, now treating men, women, and children (3+ for bowel, 5+ for urinary issues). Jo has expertise in post-natal fitness, prolapse, incontinence, pelvic pain, and childhood issues. She uses a friendly, practical approach and works at both Manchester Street and Jellie Park clinics. Luke is an Osteopath with over 5 years' experience who discovered the profession's effectiveness during his competitive sporting career and completed his Master's in Osteopathy. He works with patients of all ages (5 years and older) using comprehensive techniques including joint mobilisation/manipulation, soft tissue release, fascial release, and craniosacial therapy, while prescribing exercises alongside nutrition, sleep, and stress management advice as part of osteopathy's whole-body approach. Luke is passionate about finding the root cause of pain and creating unique management strategies that consider each patient's physical factors, lifestyle, interests, and general wellbeing to get them back to pain-free living quickly. Originally from New Plymouth, Luke is an avid trail runner currently training for a 100km ultra, and enjoys hiking, gym work, bouldering, chess, and reading - his diverse sporting background giving him unique insight into the physical demands his patients face.
