Mikayla plays a key role in our Aged Health team and is onsite each day at various aged health facilities throughout Cambridge. Helping older clients keep active and stay fit for a more independent way of life is something Mikayla is very passionate about. Emma is a highly experienced physiotherapist, having practised for 25+ years in both the UK and New Zealand. Emma has broad expertise to help clients with a range of conditions including back and knee injuries, post-operative and chronic pain. Emma recently completed a Master of Professional Practice at Wintec. Her research project focussing on recruitment and retention of physiotherapists in rural New Zealand. Emma has a passion for delivering and promoting quality in Physiotherapy. She is invoved with professional development, mentoring and training for the developing physiotherapy team members.
