Hi, I’m Lucas — an osteopath from the UK with a genuine passion for helping people move better and feel their best. I have a special interest in treating chronic pain, low back pain and nerve-related issues like sciatica or pinched nerves. Whether your discomfort started recently or has been affecting you for years, I take time to understand the full picture and tailor a treatment plan that works for you. I’ve completed additional training in pain neuroscience education (PNE), which helps people better understand their pain and feel more in control of their recovery — a vital part of managing long-term or persistent conditions. My approach combines hands-on therapy, clear explanations, and movement-based rehab — all personalised to suit your lifestyle and goals. Outside the clinic, I’ve always been active — playing football, rugby, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and now I am training for my first marathon and endurance cycling event. I have always been interested in how our bodies and minds work.I started out with a degree in Neuroscience before exploring Shiatsu, Yoga, Qi Gong, and a wide variety of ideas and practices. My passion for Osteopathy came from my own experiences of healing sports injuries and recovering from accidents with the help of Osteopathic treatment. This led me to a Master's degree in Osteopathy at Swansea University in the UK with a particular focus on how the Autonomic Nervous System controls our body's sense of health, including pain.
