Bridgett graduated from Sydney University with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy). She has come to Wanaka for her second kiwi ski season. Bridgett has done specific post graduate training in Strength and Conditioning including the plyometric continuum, energy system development, periodisation, program design, rehabilitation integration, olympic lifting, maximal velocity and acceleration. Originally from Ireland, Denise graduated from The Robert Gordon University in Scotland in 2008. She has worked all over the UK and Australia but has spent most of her working life in New Zealand in private practice. Denise has additional training in Pilates, Manual Therapy and Dry Needling.
