She has completed extensive postgraduate study, including Sports Medicine, Acupuncture, Continence management, and holds a Masters degree in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. Philippa has worked extensively in elite sport, most recently as Lead Physiotherapist for Manu Samoa and Return to Play Coach for Moana Pasifika in Super Rugby. Beth graduated from the University of Otago with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2013. She has extensive private practice and sports physiotherapy experience. Her specialist areas of interest include vertigo and clinical pilates. View details »
Bridgett graduated from Sydney University with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy). Bridgett has done specific post graduate training in Strength and Conditioning including the plyometric continuum, energy system development, periodisation, program design, rehabilitation integration, olympic lifting, maximal velocity and acceleration.
Bridgett also has certificates in APPI Pilates and Dry Needling so she is well equipped to deal with all injuries. View details »
