Originally from Waihopai /Invercargill, Gabby's interest in human movement began while playing basketball and volleyball throughout highschool and university. She completed her physiotherapy degree with honours through the University of Otago. During her time studying, she also completed papers in nutrition and sport and exercise sciences.
In her downtime she loves to get outdoors, practice yoga, head to the farmer's market, and get in the vegetable garden. She has a strong passion for the interconnectedness between planetary and people health.
Her special interests include women's health, massage therapy, paediatric physiotherapy, care for the elderly, and environmental physiotherapy. Her approach in physiotherapy is holistically-centred, looking at not only the site of injury but all other factors that could be influencing it.
