Originally from Cape Town, South Africa, my love for the outdoors and passion for health and
movement were shaped early on. Playing competitive tennis for many years gave me a
firsthand understanding of both the power and fragility of the human body. After experiencing my
own musculoskeletal and orthopaedic injuries, I developed a deep respect for the rehabilitation
process—not just the physical recovery, but the emotional resilience it demands.
That personal journey led me to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy at the University
of Cape Town. Working in South Africa’s healthcare system was incredibly rewarding and taught
me the value of innovation, empathy, and adaptability.
I’m driven by helping people rediscover what their bodies can do, especially when they’ve been
told otherwise. I’m currently interested in neuromuscular and orthopaedic rehabilitation, Pilates,
and working with general populations to help make everyday life a little easier. Outside of work,
I’m usually playing tennis, hiking, or braving a swim in the cold waters hereView details »
