After graduating in 2002, Nicola spent most of her time working, training and traveling overseas primarily in Australia and the UK. She arrived at Back On Track in 2011 and became a Director in 2013. In addition to this she is certified in Myofascial Release, a techniques she uses frequently and is also trained in the Bradcliffe Breathing Method. Nicola was a very competitive rower in her younger days and still loves pushing herself in trail running events. In addition to trail running she loves mountain biking, snowboarding and has recently made the switch back to skiing. She has 2 busy kids keeping her on her toes so life is busy!
