Snow-chaser Hilary started out her career working throughout Europe, NZ and Canada as a Ski Technician. Here was where she was introduced to the mechanics of the human body, as she used biomechanics to customise ski boots to fit each individual client. In 2009, Hilary returned to her hometown Brighton, to study at the University of Brighton where she gained a BSc (Hons)Physiotherapy degree. Since qualifying, Hilary worked as a rotational Physiotherapist for the NHS and after finding her passion for MSK physio with a sports focus, became the lead physiotherapist at local rugby club, Hove RFC. She continues to work closely with a variety of sports, working with teams and individuals. This involves pitch-side management, rehab post injury and on-going strength and conditioning programmes. Hilary has completed a number of additional qualifications to enhance her practice, including experience with hydrotherapy. Miss Aoibheann Smyth

Since graduating in 2015, Aoibheann has worked as a rotational physiotherapist in the NHS in the UK, followed by orthopaedic rehab in the leading centre of elective surgery in Ireland. She developed a passion for musculoskeletal sports physiotherapy while working in private practice and with a variety of football and county hurling teams. Aoibheann strives to return people promptly to their passions through manual therapy, strength and conditioning training and functional movement assessments. Aoibheann completed her additional qualification in Pilates in 2017. She teaches a variety of Pilates classes and conducts individual sessions with clients. When not in work, Aoibheann can be found on the football pitch playing Gaelic Football. Although now that she lives in Queenstown she is making use of the opportunity to spend time up the mountain on the snow fields. In the summer, Aoibheann can be found in the mountains. Dougal kicked off his career in the US, working in a wide variety of physio settings whilst going to Cubs games and visiting all 50 states.This was followed by 5 years in the UK, during which he spent 3 years running a physio clinic on the Isle of Wight with Hannah. He then came to Queenstown for a ski season and has lived and skied here ever since. Dougal became an owner of Back on Track Physiotherapy in 2005 and greatly enjoys treating the diverse range of energetic Queenstowners and their variety of injuries, specialising in spinal manipulation and back/neck injuries.
