Sports-focused physiotherapist helping injury recovery, concussion care, and holistic physiotherapy to keep active individuals moving well and feeling strong. Hilary’s journey began in the ski industry, working across Europe, New Zealand, and Canada as a Ski Technician. During this time, she developed a deep understanding of biomechanics, tailoring ski boots to meet individual needs. In 2009, Hilary returned to her hometown to study Physiotherapy at the University of Brighton, graduating with a BSc (Hons). Since then, she has focused on sports physiotherapy, working with teams, athletes, and active individuals to manage injuries and optimize performance. Her passion includes rehabilitation and training for women and multisport athletes. Over the years, Hilary has expanded her expertise with additional qualifications in concussion management, vestibular and balance disorders, persistent pain, breathing dysfunction, and hydrotherapy. Experienced physiotherapist with a passion for sports and rehab, helping athletes and locals achieve peak performance and recovery. Jordan grew up on a farm in Western Australia and studied physiotherapy at Curtin University. With over 10 years of experience, he was previously the Principal Physiotherapist and Director of a leading sports physiotherapy clinic before moving to Queenstown. Jordan’s main passion is sports, and he has significant experience in sports physiotherapy. He served as Head Physiotherapist for the New Zealand Ice Blacks in 2025 and has worked with Team Canada and Team USA during their International Ice Hockey tour, the Sydney Blue Sox Baseball Team, and various tennis and AFL clubs. Currently, Jordan looks after the local Wakatipu rugby team alongside Dougal. He also specializes in postoperative rehabilitation and vertigo treatment, having worked extensively with Perth’s top Orthopaedic specialists. Jordan loves providing quality physiotherapy to the local community and is actively involved in local clubs, including the Queenstown Tennis Club and Queenstown Bombers AFL Club. Outside of work, Jordan enjoys playing piano, tennis, snowboarding, traveling, and spending time in nature. He has completed the 21km Rottnest Channel Swim twice and multiple ultramarathons, including podium finishes at the South Island Ultra Marathon. Jordan’s main passion is sports, and he has significant sports physiotherapy experience. He looked after Team Canada and Team USA during their International Ice Hockey tour the Sydney Blue Sox Baseball Team and he has also worked with various tennis and AFL clubs. Jordan now looks after the local Wakatipu rugby team alongside Dougal. Jordan has also worked extensively in postoperative rehabilitation with Perth’s best Orthopaedic specialists. Jordan is an expert at treating vertigo having specialized in this field. Jordan loves providing quality physiotherapy to the local community and getting involved with local clubs. He is a member of the Queenstown tennis club & Queenstown Bombers AFL club. Dougal kicked off his career in the US, working in a wide variety of physio settings whilst going to Cubs games and visiting all 50 states.This was followed by 5 years in the UK, during which he spent 3 years running a physio clinic on the Isle of Wight with Hannah. He then came to Queenstown for a ski season and has lived and skied here ever since. Dougal became an owner of Back on Track Physiotherapy in 2005 and greatly enjoys treating the diverse range of energetic Queenstowners and their variety of injuries, specialising in spinal manipulation and back/neck injuries.
