Cristyn graduated from AUT with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy. With over five years of experience coaching CrossFit athletes she has developed a strong understanding of strength and conditioning, biomechanics and body movement, which she finds complements her physiotherapy practice. Cristyn also has a background in high level competitive sports, representing New Zealand internationally for many years in martial arts and competing nationally in CrossFit for the past 3 years. Having experienced many injuries herself, she is committed to creating personalised rehabilitation plans that are tailored to each patient’s individual needs. Emilie graduated from AUT with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy. Emilie has an interest in sport as she has spent most of her life playing hockey. She has played for New Zealand U21s and national level hockey. Emilie is passionate about exercise based physiotherapy rehabilitation and working hard with clients to support them in their rehabilitation journey. Hayley graduated from AUT with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy. She has a particular interest in the management of pre/post operative, geriatric (elderly), and musculoskeletal conditions, with a specific interest in return to sport. Hayley has a passion for exercise based rehabilitation, holistic healthcare, and helping patients of all ages and physical capabilities achieve their goals. She has previously been involved in Netball and Volleyball, however, currently enjoys HIIT classes in the gym, and horse riding, in particular dressage.
