Jessica graduated from AUT with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy. Growing up, she participated in a variety of team sports, with her main focus being Aerobic Gymnastics, where she competed at a national level. Since graduating, Jess has worked with a range of sports teams, including NZ rugby league representative teams, Men’s premier & U85kg rugby & women’s football. Jess has a strong interest in exercise based rehabilitation, which combined with manual therapy, education & personalised treatment plans, helps support patients on their rehabilitation journey. Jess has also been a Reformer Pilates instructor since 2024 and enjoys integrating this into her physiotherapy practice to ensure a holistic approach to treatment. In her spare time, Jess enjoys keeping active through running, gym, and social sports, as well as exploring the beautiful NZ and enjoying a good coffee! View details »

She has played for New Zealand U21s and national level hockey. James graduated from the New Zealand College of Chinese Medicine with a Bachelor of Health Science in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. He is registered with Acupuncture New Zealand and the New Zealand Chinese Medicine Council. James has a specific interest in musculoskeletal acupuncture and stress related conditions such as poor sleep, gastro-intestinal, anxiety, and weight management. James is involved with North Harbour Hockey, treating and supporting athletes through their injuries and rehabilitation. He is passionate about helping people to maintain a fit and healthy lifestyle by integrating a holistic approach, identifying and treating the root cause of injuries and disorders. Alongside his commitments at Dynamic Physio, he is part of the Professional Conduct Committee with NZ Chinese Medical Council and is an Academic Staff Member at the NZ School of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture.
