Cristyn graduated from AUT with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy. With over five years of experience coaching CrossFit athletes she has developed a strong understanding of strength and conditioning, biomechanics and body movement, which she finds complements her physiotherapy practice. Cristyn also has a background in high level competitive sports, representing New Zealand internationally for many years in martial arts and competing nationally in CrossFit for the past 3 years. Having experienced many injuries herself, she is committed to creating personalised rehabilitation plans that are tailored to each patient’s individual needs. Greta graduated from AUT with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy. During her studies, Greta assisted the medical team at Auckland’s Varsity Rugby Club as a physiotherapy student for the U21 and Premier Development teams. After experiencing her own rehabilitation journey following an ACL reconstruction, Greta has developed a keen interest in exercise based rehabilitation. In particular, helping others create and achieve their personal goals and return to pre-injury function. Greta enjoys spending her spare time going to group fitness and pilates classes.
