Georgie graduated with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy from AUT. During her studies, she had the opportunity to work closely with the Westlake Boys High School Premier Football Team, providing support to the medical team for two consecutive seasons. This experience sparked her strong interest in sports-based Physiotherapy and exercise rehabilitation.
Since 2023, Georgie has also been a Reformer Pilates instructor at Dynamic Physio. She continues to refine her expertise in Pilates, integrating it into her rehabilitation strategies to offer a holistic approach to recovery and wellness.
With a background in netball, rugby, and surface water sports, Georgie has a personal understanding of the demands athletes face. Hayley graduated from AUT with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy. She has a particular interest in the management of pre/post operative, geriatric (elderly), and musculoskeletal conditions, with a specific interest in return to sport. Hayley has a passion for exercise based rehabilitation, holistic healthcare, and helping patients of all ages and physical capabilities achieve their goals. She has previously been involved in Netball and Volleyball, however, currently enjoys HIIT classes in the gym, and horse riding, in particular dressage. Greta graduated from AUT with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy. During her studies, Greta assisted the medical team at Auckland’s Varsity Rugby Club as a physiotherapy student for the U21 and Premier Development teams. After experiencing her own rehabilitation journey following an ACL reconstruction, Greta has developed a keen interest in exercise based rehabilitation. In particular, helping others create and achieve their personal goals and return to pre-injury function. Greta enjoys spending her spare time going to group fitness and pilates classes.
