Brody is a physiotherapist and a recent graduate from the University of Otago. Originally from Christchurch, Brody’s passion for physiotherapy was sparked by his background in elite gymnastics and high-level football, where he developed a deep appreciation for the importance of injury prevention, recovery, and optimizing physical performance.
Brody is dedicated to evidence-based care, providing tailored treatment plans that address each person’s unique needs and goals. His approach combines a strong understanding of biomechanics with a commitment to empowering patients to take control of their health and well-being.

Dilshara has gained extensive expertise in rheumatology and orthopaedic rehabilitation, helping patients recover from musculoskeletal conditions.
In 2023, she completed a Master of Science (MSc) in Advancing Physiotherapy Practice from Coventry University, UK, and holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Physiotherapy from the University of Colombo.
Certified in dry needling and manual therapy, Dilshara applies these techniques to treat chronic pain and muscle dysfunction. She is particularly focused on musculoskeletal rehabilitation for older adults, designing personalized plans to improve mobility, independence, and well-being. View details »
