In 2022, she advanced her expertise by completing a Level 6 Diploma in Remedial Massage, expanding her knowledge and therapeutic skill set. Her continued professional development has led her to explore advanced techniques such as Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, and Trigger Point Therapy—each aimed at addressing restrictive movement patterns and enhancing overall physical wellbeing.
