Tom graduated in 2018 from AUT and has received his Post Graduate Diploma in Sport and Exercise Medicine Otago University. Tom has a wide-ranging sporting background competing in football, softball, and waterpolo before switching to powerlifting. He is the current head physiotherapist for the West Coast Rangers premier mens football team.

Shannon graduated from University of Auckland with a Masters of Physiotherapy Practice. In her final year of research, she completed a thesis exploring patient experiences following ACL reconstruction, receiving the SEPNZ award for the best study in Sport and Exercise Physiotherapy.
Shannon has a special interest in women’s health, post-operative rehabilitation, and musculoskeletal and sporting injuries, catering to competitive athletes as well as eager weekend warriors.
Outside of the clinic, Shannon is a keen track athlete. With over a decade of experience as a 400m sprinter and a recent transition to hurdles, Shannon has medalled nationally and internationally and represented New Zealand at the IAAF Track and Field World Youth Championships. Her background in high-performance sport has built her extensive knowledge in strength and conditioning and efficient biomechanics to reduce the risk of injury.
Taking a holistic approach to care, Shannon considers all aspects of her patient’s lifestyle to create a rehabilitation program which is individualised, effective, and achievable. Her aim is to improve the quality of life of her patients and provide education which empowers them to manage their injuries.

Cam is excited to have taken over the reigns here at Form Physio after returning to Auckland following a stint working overseas as Lead Physiotherapist and medical provider for the Chinese National Women’s Hockey Team culminating in their qualification for the Tokyo Olympics. He is a highly skilled physiotherapist who graduated in 1999 from Otago University and completed his Post Graduate Diploma in Musculoskeletal Therapy through Otago University in 2011. He has advanced skills in working with children with developmental conditions, youth sporting injuries, and he has honed his skills in taping techniques and dry needling. Cam has lectured in taping (rigid and kinesiology) for several teaching institutions over his career and is very interested in mentoring and teaching. Having worked within an exclusively professional high performance elite level environment over recent times he looks forward to treating his patients with the exact same level of care.
Clinical Interests
Over Cam’s 25 year career he has developed a keen interest and expertise in several areas including working with shoulder injuries (particularly post – surgery) and lower limb injuries (ankle and knee). This complements his interest in shoe technology and an appreciation of movement efficiency in the prevention of lower limb injuries. Most recently Cam has been working alongside some world – class strength and conditioning coaches and this has been a great opportunity to learn from the best and add to his already considerable knowledge of training techniques and methodology.
