Mereana grew up in the sunny Bay of Plenty before trading sun for snow and working as a ski instructor and examiner in NZ and overseas. Through skiing she developed a want to understand how people move, which led to a BSc in Exercise & Sport, and then on to a Master of Physiotherapy Practice. She is skilled in movement analysis with a focus on return-to-performance. Her favourite part of being a physio is connecting with people and assisting them to return to the things they love to do. TK’s interest in sport has seen him work with local Premier Rugby teams and Hawke’s Bay representative teams. Having a sporting background in Olympic Weightlifting and CrossFit, TK has a keen interest in sports injuries and prevention in both the recreational and competitive athlete.
