Mereana grew up in the sunny Bay of Plenty before trading sun for snow and working as a ski instructor and examiner in NZ and overseas. Through skiing she developed a want to understand how people move, which led to a BSc in Exercise & Sport, and then on to a Master of Physiotherapy Practice. She is skilled in movement analysis with a focus on return-to-performance.
