Beni has over 15 years’ experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, with a background in neurology, orthopaedics, and vestibular rehabilitation. She has worked in private practice, hospitals and ACC contracts, supporting clients with return to work, concussion, and training for independence. Beni takes a personalised, hands-on approach, using techniques like dry needling, myofascial release, and kinesiotaping, alongside exercise-based rehab. With a strong foundation in strength and conditioning, she helps clients recover, rebuild confidence, and return to the activities they love.
