With over three decades of experience, Roger has helped people of all ages move past chronic pain, injuries, and tension that hold them back from living life fully. Known by his clients as the “Zen Master,” he brings a calm and reassuring presence to every session, creating space where people feel truly heard and supported. Roger is trained in classical and structural osteopathy, and also works with cranial and visceral techniques to get to the root of discomfort rather than just treating the symptoms. His goal is always the same: to restore balance, reduce pain, and support lasting change so his clients can move more freely, feel more comfortable, and return to the activities they enjoy. Based in Mangawhai and available at our Whau Valley clinic on Tuesdays, Roger treats a wide range of people from athletes to babies and older adults.
