Since graduating as a physiotherapist in 2016, Ashleigh has been working in private practice clinics, and with a variety of athletes in various settings. She is proficient in using hands-on techniques; trained in dry needling and myofascial release tools, combined with exercise prescription to optimize recovery and prevent ongoing injuries. She has a holistic approach, with a passion for working with sports groups and youth populations to achieve optimal long-term outcomes.
In her spare time Ashleigh enjoys everything and anything outdoors. In particular; mountain biking, snowboarding, various water sports, and adventuring hidden gems throughout our beautiful country.

Helene is an ACC Registered Acupuncturist with a Bachelor of Health Science (Acupuncture). She combines traditional Chinese medicine techniques, including acupuncture, cupping, gua sha, and moxibustion, to support pain relief, recovery, and overall wellbeing.
Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, Helene provides personalised care for patients from diverse backgrounds. Holly graduated from Auckland AUT as a physiotherapist in 2018 and did further training in Mulligan techniques. Holly has spent the last few years working in private practice as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist. She has experience with a wide range of injuries and conditions across all ages - everything from growth injuries in children, everyday accidents, to post-surgical rehabilitation and treating the wear and tear that comes with living a long life. As a positive people person, Holly enjoys getting alongside her patients and tailoring treatment to meet their unique needs.
In her spare time Holly enjoys aerial silks, spending time at the beach and outdoor adventures with her husband.
