Julia has studied in Milan for Spinal Scoliosis and also with Breathing Works for improving respiratory issues and aiding relaxation of accessory muscles. Julia has had significant involvement with elite sports teams. Danielle graduated from Otago having previously completed a sports and exercise science degree. While at university she was a sports medic for the Zingari-Richmond Rugby club and Harbour Rugby Football club. Danielle has participated in a variety of sports over the years including football, touch rugby and surf lifesaving. For relaxation Danielle enjoys going to the beach, tramping, and spending time with family and friends. Her physiotherapy interests include injury prevention, sports injuries, and rehabilitation. Sam qualified as a Physiotherapist in 2019 from AUT(BHSc). She has experience in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, Woman's Health and Dry needling. Experience in teaching Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates at all levels and has assisted Rugby teams in the past in her role as Physiotherapist. View details »
