Nikki graduated from the University of Auckland, following undergraduate studies in Exercise Science. Nikki has previously served as a sideline medic for Suburbs Rugby Club, along with work experience in personal training, clinical exercise physiology, and sports massage. Outside of physiotherapy, Nikki competes in the sport of lacrosse, for which she is fortunate to have travelled internationally for. Liam graduated from AUT in 2024. During his university placements he worked in different private practices across South Auckland and spent some time in the rehab ward for older adults in Pukekohe. Liam is passionate about all things pain, rehab, sports and strength and conditioning. He enjoys a good chat and his focus is to help you get back to doing what you love.
