Nikki graduated from the University of Auckland, following undergraduate studies in Exercise Science. Nikki has previously served as a sideline medic for Suburbs Rugby Club, along with work experience in personal training, clinical exercise physiology, and sports massage. Outside of physiotherapy, Nikki competes in the sport of lacrosse, for which she is fortunate to have travelled internationally for. Julia Marr – Director, Physiotherapist since 1987. NZRP, MNZSP, DipMT Julia has studied in Milan for Spinal Scoliosis and also with Breathing Works for improving respiratory issues and aiding relaxation of accessory muscles. Julia has had significant involvement with elite sports teams.
