Hayley has an interest in sports physiotherapy and injury prevention having played in various individual and team sports. She has competed in the heptathlon at a national and international level, and played netball for Pukekohe and Howick Pakuranga representative age group teams. Hayley has been involved in coaching athletics and netball at club level.
Hayley enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching movies, and playing sports.

Julia has studied in Milan for Spinal Scoliosis and also with Breathing Works for improving respiratory issues and aiding relaxation of accessory muscles. Julia has had significant involvement with elite sports teams. Julia’s physiotherapy special interests include Spinal physiotherapy for post-surgical Breast Cancer patients, Adolescent spinal scoliosis, Breathing works and Spinal conditions. View details »
Graduated from AUT. Through my placements I worked and assisted with the Counties men’s rugby league teams,Fiji junior women’s rugby team and the first 15 Howick College team. I am interested in sport and exercise rehabilitation. I grew up playing a lot of sport such as gymnastics, cheerleading and athletics, so this is the area i’m most interested in.
