I am a registered Physiotherapist in New Zealand (PBNZ) and India (GSCPT), committed to helping people improve movement, recover from injuries, and achieve their health and fitness goals. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy (2019) and have over two and a half years of clinical experience working with diverse clients.
I completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Sports and Exercise Science at Wintec, along with SESNZ Exercise Physiology accreditation (2024). My practice focuses on personalised, evidence-based care using hands-on treatment, joint mobilisation, and targeted exercise programs.
My clinical approach is centred on creating personalised, evidence-based treatment plans that reflect each client’s unique needs, goals, and expectations. I use a combination of hands-on techniques, joint mobilisation, therapeutic exercise, and functional training.
