I started KCP Physiotherapy quite a few years ago at Don Oliver’s Fitness City and then moved to Kapiti Road. Transit NZ purchased my site for the state highway over pass so we moved into the Kapiti Aquatic Centre as a main sponsor. I have a long history looking after numerous sports teams across numerous codes. I have completed three Post Graduate Diplomas and have my Masters degree in Physiotherapy (endorsed in acupuncture). I have significant experience with needling, manipulative therapy and exercise prescription. In my spare time I love exercise, I spent many years sport fighting, weightlifting and in the last 8 years have been doing CrossFit. As I age (very slowly...) my main focus is complex chronic injuries. These days I mostly only work early mornings. View details »
I was born in England and raised in Christchurch where I developed a keen interest in everything sports-related, sparking my interest in Physiotherapy. I am a keen runner and enjoy training for various long-distance events, as well as going to the gym in my spare time.
I graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Otago and continue to upskill myself through courses and by considering the latest research. My treatment philosophy is a combination of hands-on and exercise-based approaches. I believe in providing you with the tools to be able to self-manage as much as possible, streamlining your recovery and allowing you to return to what is most meaningful to you. View details »
I was born and raised in India. Completed my bachelors from India in 2017 after which I moved to New York for my Masters in exercise physiology (2019). I have experience with various MSK and Sports injuries and my treatment is based mostly on hands on and active participation. After spending my last 6 years as a physio in the states I made a move to NZ earlier this year in 2025 with a hope to learn more every day and give back to the community as much as I can.
