I am an ACC-registered acupuncturist with over 12 years of experience, working alongside many well-known physiotherapists across New Zealand. Originally from Persia, I moved here 24 years ago, bringing with me a background as a clinical psychologist from my home country. This unique combination of skills allows me to offer a holistic approach to healing, connecting both mind and body.
At the physiotherapy clinic, I specialize in using acupuncture to complement traditional physiotherapy treatments. My focus is on relieving pain, reducing inflammation, and accelerating recovery from injuries. By targeting specific points on the body, I help release muscle tension, improve circulation, and promote natural healing. This approach is particularly effective for managing chronic pain conditions, sports injuries, and post-operative recovery, making the overall treatment process smoother and more effective for patients.
My expertise in acupuncture extends beyond physical relief; I also integrate psychological understanding to address stress, anxiety, and emotional well-being. This combination helps my clients achieve a balanced and healthier lifestyle. I am passionate about meeting new people, understanding their needs, and providing personalized treatments that support both physical and mental wellness.
Whether you’re seeking relief from pain, recovering from an injury, or looking to improve your overall well-being, I am dedicated to helping you live your best life. My goal is to offer a compassionate, effective, and integrated approach that enhances the benefits of physiotherapy, promoting long-term health and well-being.
