Kiran has a passion in treating sport and gym-based injuries. He uses effective hands-on treatment, and will tailor an individualised exercise programme to address the cause of as well as prevent injuries. He has a special interest in identifying and correcting faulty movement patterns. He considers all potential contributing factors to achieve long-lasting results.
Outside of work he enjoys spending time in the kitchen, playing football and weightlifting.

Sourav studied a Bachelor Of Physiotherapy from University Of Jammu, India in 2012, and has worked as a Consultant Physiotherapist in the private sector from 2013 - 2015, along with it, he has done Certificate In Food & Nutrition from Indira Gandhi National Open University, India in 2015.
To pursue higher education he completed a Graduate Diploma in Sports & Exercise Science at Waikato Institute Of Technology (Wintec), Hamilton in 2016. He has also done a Certificate In Professional Massage Practice from Wintec in 2017, and he has been working as a massage therapist in Auckland for the last 8 months.
He is strongly interested in treating patients with musculoskeletal problems by using hands-on techniques like releasing superficial to deep tissue layers, muscle stretching, and release trigger points to enhance muscle recovery. He is very much concerned with community health,thus encourages regular exercise, posture correction, healthy dietary habits and general fitness.

Lauren has been working in the private sector, with interests mostly in MSK, sports, biomechanics and long term pain. She graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University in 2017 with an honours in Physiotherapy. Since then Lauren has trained in both mat and reformer Pilates and used this as part of her rehabilitation process.
She has done placements in Spinal cord injuries in London Orthopaedic hospital, worked in paediatric placements and cardiopulmonary. These placements allowed Lauren to learn more about mobilisations, hydrotherapy and particular hands on approaches to help individuals.
Lauren is a big advocate of treating the body as a whole and addressing other factors that could be resulting in the injury or pain, this could be through exercise, nutrition or lifestyle balance.
