Gwen is a qualified Massage and Neuromuscular Therapist. As a Massage Therapist she values the highest levels of professionalism and care. To Gwen, massage therapy is a key contributor to health care.
Gwen completed a Diploma in Therapeutic Massage in 2006, a Diploma in Massage and Clinical Sports Therapy in 2009 and a Bachelor’s Degree of Health Studies in Massage and Neuromuscular Therapy in 2010. These qualifications were gained at the Auckland campus of the New Zealand College of Massage and are all NZQA approved. Gwen is also a member of Massage New Zealand, New Zealand’s Massage Association.
During her training she gained wide and varied massage experience, ranging from sports massage to chronic health. This experience was through her work with the Auckland NPC, Auckland Blues, New Zealand Breakers, Auckland and Rotorua Marathons, Ironman, Trailwalker, hospices, other massage clinics and on-site massage.

Alfred is a graduate of AUT, with a keen interest in providing quality musculoskeletal physiotherapy to both the general public and athletes. Alfred is well practiced in exercise prescription, soft tissue therapy techniques and acupuncture. His interests are wrestling, mixed martial arts and weight training. As a veteran professional wrestler, he has had his fair share of injuries, and incorporates those experiences into his practice. Zoë is a Physio with a BHSc from Auckland University of Technology. She has worked in the movement sector for over 10 years and is an experienced Pilates instructor in mat, reformer and Pilates apparatus with specialisations in pre and post-natal fitness and training. She is also a Yoga teacher teaching breathwork and restorative modalities. Zoë enjoys working in musculoskeletal private practice combining these skills holistically in guiding people to recover from injuries and improve their function. Zoë is also trained in pelvic health and can provide pre and post-natal physio, pregnancy Pilates and assist women with issues such as prolapse, bladder or bowel function and sexual pain.
